Indian kidswear label, Toonz Retail has announced its store expansion with the opening of a new store in Raebareli (Uttar Pradesh). This the brand’s 15th store in the region, offering a vast product assortment for kids in the age bracket of 0-12 yeaThe latest store is spread across 1,500 sq. ft. and provides all the latest collection by the brand with kids’ clothing starting from the range of Rs. 199 while the price bracket for infants beginning from Rs. 69.
Notably, the company has been expanding its presence in Tier II & III locations in North India, as it foresees a high possibility for growth in these markets. The kidswear retailer also mentioned that it will further boost its presence in these markets in the coming times.
In a statement issued, Sharad Venkta, Managing Director & CEO Toonz Retail India Pvt. Ltd. said that North India has always been our one of the most preferable markets when it comes to expanding the business. “At Toonz Retail, we are keen to look for ways to expand more and more, especially in Tier II and III regions as we see that there is a lot of demand for quality kids’ products but the options available to them are really less,” Sharad said.
It is pertinent to mention here that the brand currently operates more than 105 stores in 15 states spread across 52 cities.
Furthermore, the CEO also affirmed the media via the press statement that the company feels Uttar Pradesh is its major market and the latest store in Raebareli will cater to the demands of the parents who are on a lookout for premium quality products for their kids.
